We are the first spring manufacturer in South China introducing CNC heavey duty spring machines for different wire diameter such as WD4.0mm, WD5.0mm, WD8.0mm and WD 11.0mm. They are easily adjusted in coil diameter and pitch. We possess a whole set of CNC manufacturing and testing equipments ranging from wire tensile strength tester, shot peening machine, deburring machine, magnetic powder flaw detector, to compression tester.This enables us to meet all customers' demands.
Most of our WD 0.1 mm to WD 0.8 mm compression spring machines are equipped with length detector and automatically selecting instrument. These machines can calculate CPK automatically. Only with accurate free length can our spring achieve consistent force per customers' request.
To fit in the Nami era, we are wll equipped with precise spring machines and screen-display electronic magnifying gauge which were imported from famous Japanese machine maker. The machine are capable of producing spring with minimum wire diameter of 0.03mm and outside diameter of 0.3mm.
